Depending on your event requirements, additional fees may be required for:

The University of Ottawa has a multitude of spaces, grounds and amenities to accommodate all types of events. Our campus includes classrooms, sports facilities, auditoriums, boardrooms and multipurpose rooms as well as foyers and both indoor and outdoor open spaces.
Special event spaces
Ideal for events such as conferences, receptions, social events and dinners, these spaces are flexible and can be set up in theatre, banquet or any other style.
Sports facilities
Book your next competition, event or training at the University of Ottawa. Facilities include: gymnasium, pool, dance studio, multi sports field, dome and skating rink.
Auditoriums and classrooms
Classrooms and auditoriums are suitable for lectures and presentations and they come with fixed or movable seating arranged in different classroom styles.
Exhibit and promotional spaces
Different marketing spaces are located in high traffic lobbies and promenades. They provide a great opportunity to increase brand awareness and sales among students and staff.
Outdoor spaces
Our outdoor spaces are the perfect location for casual gatherings such as BBQs or outdoor festivities. We also have several fitness and recreational facilities.
