EvaluAction technical support

If you experience a problem with the EvaluAction platform, here are some troubleshooting solutions that may help you:

• If you get an error message when you click on one of the links provided in Virtual Campus or in the course evaluation email, make sure to log out of any uOttawa application, close your browser and try again.
• Use the direct link to the EvaluAction platform: https://uottawa.ca/tces.
• Use a computer rather than a mobile device.
• Try a different browser.
• Clear the browser’s cache.
• If none of the above work, write to [email protected].
• If you are using Safari, check if cookies and JavaScript are enabled on your Mac (see below).

I am trying to evaluate my course through Virtual Campus on my mobile device, but it does not work.

Use a computer or connect directly to the EvaluAction platform via your mobile device: https://uottawa.ca/tces. Then click the button 'Mobile Device' at the bottom of the page.

I submitted an evaluation questionnaire thinking it was for another course. What can I do to correct the mistake?

I do not see one of my courses listed on Virtual Campus.

Please contact your academic unit. The course may not be eligible for evaluation or some information is missing from uoCampus.

On the evaluation questionnaire, the professor’s name is not correct or one of the professors who teach the course is not listed.

Please contact your academic unit so they can make the necessary corrections in uoCampus.

I am registered to a course as an auditor. Can I evaluate the course?

Since auditors do not obtain units and are entitled to write examinations or hand in assignments, they cannot evaluate their course through EvaluAction.
