To do well, you need to be well. The University of Ottawa wants to support your overall wellness, from mental health to physical health and everything in-between.

Wellness Week

Wellness Week is back from January 17 to 21 for students, staff, and professors, this time under the theme of “Rebalance”. Kick off the winter term with some fun, relaxing activities to help you rebalance your pillars of wellness. All activities are free!

Visit the Wellness Lounge

The Wellness Lounge in the University Centre is currently closed, however we are available for you in an increased capacity online via our Peer Wellness Chat. Click on the chat box in the right-hand corner of your screen during operating hours to chat with a peer wellness helper.

Centrally located in the Jock Turcot University Centre, the Wellness Lounge is a space where students can take a break, hang out with friends, play games, and get help from peers. You can also book two wellness-themed study rooms to help you focus: a plant room and a light therapy room.
