In this Together on World Mental Health Day

On October 6, 2022, The Royal, supported by the Royal Bank of Canada and in collaboration with Ottawa’s universities and colleges, is hosting a special event in advance of World Mental Health Day. This event has been thoughtfully designed for post-secondary students, as well as the staff and faculty who support them. This FREE event experience will feature dynamic expert speakers on all things mental health. Speakers will include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, individuals with lived expertise, and more. A variety of fun activities, virtual booths and prizes will be offered throughout the day!

New Student Health and Wellness Centre

To help you reach your full potential, the University offers on-campus physical and mental health services. You have access to the NEW Student Health and Wellness Centre, focused on prevention, physical and mental health, as well as health promotion. This Centre is open exclusively to University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University students.
