Month of Movement Bucket List Challenge
Throughout the month of march, we encourage you to “Do What Moves You”! Complete items on our Month of Movement Bucket list by participating in the daily activities we are offering or doing your own at home. Submit a photo grid or collage of yourself participating in the activities (by email to [email protected]) for a chance to win!

- Try a new fitness activity, like Water Walking, happening at the Pool on March 19th.ca
- PLAY! With your kids, a pet, or for an elementary school throwback, join us as we host in the gym.
- Compete in your favorite sport. Did you know that we are hosting some one-day ?
