What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive Japanese technique that helps with stress reduction, chronic anxiety, muscle tension and other body aches by triggering the body’s natural healing process. During a session, Reiki practitioners send energy that then flows through the recipients, balancing and soothing their energies.

People who have attended these sessions in the past have reported feeling more relaxed, less worried and happier after receiving Reiki. After attended multiple weekly sessions, some participants noticed that the calmness began to last in-between the sessions.

All that you have to do to receive the treatment is to sit or lie quietly. You do not need to be in front of your computer; you simply have to hear the practitioner’s voice.

The type of Reiki offered in these classes is meditative and not intended for healing purposes.
