Selection criteria
You must be an enrolled uOttawa student willing to participate fully in all project activities, put in the necessary effort, ask questions and take an active role in discussions, training (if applicable) and events.
How to sign up
Extracurricular volunteering placements are completed on your own time and aren’t part of a course. Placements can be on- or off-campus. Your time commitment can vary from one day to several months, depending on the community partner’s needs.

To participate in a volunteering project, log into the Community Engagement Navigator (via uoZone) and select the placement you’re interested in. You can also reach out to the Community Engagement Team.
