90U Residence (map) - 90 University Private, Room 145. To access in-person services, save time and join the virtual line using the QLess virtual line system. You will receive a notification when it's your time to be served.
What to bring
- Your student number
- Your student card or a piece of government-issued photo ID.
You must pick up your first U-Pass in person. Before picking up your U-Pass, check your student account to ensure you have been charged the U-Pass fees. If you opted into the program, the U-Pass will only be charged once you pick-up your U-Pass, therefore you must wait to receive the email informing you that you can pick-up your U-Pass.
Please note that you may not send a friend, family member, or other third party to pick up or replace your U-Pass. Also, NEVER throw away, bend or put holes in your U-Pass. Lost or damaged U-Passes cost $25 to replace.
Replace your U-Pass
To replace a U-Pass, you must still be eligible for the program and you will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable replacement fee.
Please note that once your U-Pass is replaced, the lost card is permanently deactivated.
