The EngSci summer camp will be offered to kids from kindergarten to grade 6. The kids will be separated into three different groups according to their age, either yellow, orange or red. The EngSci camp will have a mix of technology, engineering, and science activities. Older kids taking part in EngSci will have access to science laboratories (biology and chemistry).
The GirlSci camp is very similar to the EngSci camp, but it is designed to address the underrepresented of women in STEM fields. The goal is to offer a favourable environment for girls in Grade 2 to 4 to discover the wonders and merits of science and engineering.
During the MiniMed camp, participants from grades 4 to 6 will have the chance to discover the fascinating world of medicine. The participants will explore different aspects of this wonderful profession through diverse clinical skills and will get an introduction to certain medical aspects by participating in chemistry experiments, using microscopes, and modelling in 3D.
The EngTech camp will be offered to kids from grades 4 to 7. During the week, the kids participating in EngTech will have the chance to learn more about coding and robotics. They will be doing activities such as 3D modelling, coding, micro:bit, etc.
The MakerGirls camp is very similar to the EngTech camp, but for girls only. During the week, the girls participating in MakerGirls will have the chance to learn more about coding and robotics. They will be doing activities such as: 3D modelling, coding, micro:bit, etc.
