Peer Mentor Writing Conferences

Meet with a Legal Writing Academy Fellow in a small group meeting (4 students maximum)  to strengthen your writing skills by identifying what you do well and what you might correct in your next assignments. Develop strategies for your specific writing challenges.   Legal Writing Fellows are your peers.  Like you, they are also continually working on their own writing skills.  They have taken a writing leadership course where they have refined their own writing, practiced self-editing, and learned to guide others in the self-editing process. The Legal Writing Academy professors will also be available to answer questions and provide resources and referrals.

Advance sign-up is required. Bring a previously graded assignment (no works in-progress).
