To submit a request for an enrolment modification/cancellation of course, you must submit the required document by Service Request

To submit a request to enrol to an out of program course, you must submit the required documents in the same Service Request

• Course Attendance form
• Modification/Cancellation of Registration form
• Permission (email) from the professor teaching the course
• Permission from your supervisor (email or signed Course Attendance form

To submit a request for an extension of the time limit you must submit the documents in the same Service Request

• Request for extension of the time limit to complete the requirements for a graduate degree

• Annual Research Progress Report

• Letter of support from your supervisor

• A detailed plan of study (must include new timeline to completion)
