We’re students from the Faculty of Science here to help you make the transition to university and achieve your goals.

We know university can be challenging at times, but we can help you:

  • Set realistic goals
  • Develop effective learning strategies
  • Develop time and stress management skills
  • Learn to make a study schedule
  • Strengthen your personal motivation

We also have mental health training and can point you to the resources that are available for you.

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.”

John C. Crosby (1859–1943)
