We know university can be challenging at times, but we can help you:

  • Set realistic goals
  • Develop effective learning strategies
  • Develop time and stress management skills
  • Learn to make a study schedule
  • Strengthen your personal motivation

We also have mental health training and can point you to the resources that are available for you.

Pairing

Mentor pairing is when you are assigned a mentor to meet with on a regular basis based on your need. The benefit of being paired is that you can keep working together towards your academic goals without having to introduce yourself each time.
