Our Undergraduate Virtual Waiting Line is open Monday to Friday:
- September 1st to May 31st: from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- June 1st to August 31st: from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Please note that our office will close at noon on Wednesday May 18th, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In response to the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the University has already taken a number of steps to reduce the risks and impact on our community and our campuses. Consequently, in light of the latest developments, the Faculty of Social Sciences is implementing additional measures to protect the student population and its administrative staff.
Please note that our services are only available by email, as well as via our QLess Virtual Waiting Line. If circumstances permit, our in person service should resume on February 22nd 2022.
